So sad
I wonder what people say behind my back. I hear a lot of things that may apply to me when people talk about others behind their back, for example, when someone sees a girl with nappy hair and says, “Can she even get a comb through it?” I feel bad that I don’t say anything but I feel that even if I said anything they wouldn’t listen anyway. Is it wrong of me not to say anything? People are going to think what they want, even if I try to correct them this time. My words don’t have any power in high school and that saddens me.

School Spirit
My school colors are grey and blue and I thought it would be cute if my Outfit of the Day showed school spirit.
Summer plans?
Since I refuse to get a digital camera because my phone takes sexy pictures, I plan to buy clothes.
I'm going to buy summer clothes while they're undesirable at the moment. It's hard finding my size during the summer. I plan to get some off the shoulder shirts, shorts, floral/lace tights, and accessories.
Gotta make the summer before I turn eighteen something special.
I need to do college visits this summer and I want to go to the beach and amusement parks and just have fun. If you don't know me, I tend to stay home and just watch kids all summer. It's not exactly what I want to do with my summer.

Hair Regimen
I thought it was important to address what I do to my hair.
Shampoo: VO5 Moisturizing Milk Shampoo
Conditioner/Co-wash - VO5 Moisturizing Milk Conditioner
Moisturizer - Palmer's Coconut Oil Hair Milk
Gel: Olive Oil Eco-Styler Gel
This may not seem much now but those are my staples. As a high schooler, I don't have the money to go out and buy whatever I want at the moment so local beauty supply stores and Walmart are my friend.
I wash every two weeks and co-wash every two/three days, depending on my mood. Every time I co-wash, I detangle with my shower comb. I just ordered my Denman Brush D3 and I can't wait to use it to define my curls or even just to get rid of shed hair after co-washes.
My favorite hairstyles to wear are my simple afro, an afro puff, or a pompadour/fro hawk. My hair isn't long enough for longer hairstyles, but I can't wait to try them. I'll add twists and twist-outs to my list once I'm comfortable with how it looks.
